Biden has been virtually Greek, Puerto Rican and black. We've gotten very used to Joe Biden just blurting out whatever is on his mind whenever he's in front of reporters. He will suddenly talk about how much he likes ice cream right before talking about the Nashville shooting. It was like the sort of thing you do in front of a kindergarten class or something. And we've only just gotten used to the fact that what Biden says has no particular meaning.
