Adaman: As a woman in this culture, i lived a lot of my life thinking that physical beauty was the key to happiness. I think physical attractiveness, or fitting into these physical ideals, it's a privilege that we don't talk about. And yet, for me, i found it changed my ability to build platonic relationships. That was a surprise for me and deeply disappointed.
