I am afraid that this problem has become even worse over the past few years, is a partial consequence of the society response to covat 19. A lot of people will use food to self soothe, and most of them won't even notice. When we get them to let tey keep a food diary, o a log all their intake, they suddenly become aware that they've been eating all day. And if they're paying close attention, they may even note that o it's when i talk to my boss, or when i'm dealing with a very difficult project, or something like that. So there's definitely this association between anxiety, increased stress and our poor behavior around nutrition.
