Is There a Library for Omniconh?

Omnicons is a library for confagration enclosure. It was created to unify configuration and work with it in common lisp. There were no such libraries at the time, or at least i couldn't find them. O began, and it was very easy to write one. And i went tot that. The interesting part is that omnicon actually started as a commonlace library.
