How to Remove a User From a Joint Credit Card
You generally cannot simply remove one name from a joint credit card. Most issuers will require you to close the accounts. If it's your longest line of credit, that could potentially hurt your credit score. But I would say that this is one of those exceptions where I just want you to get out.
