How to Avoid NSAIDs for Chronic Kidney Disease
In adult medicine SGLT2 inhibitors are all the rage especially for patients with protoneric kidney disease. The most important thing other than avoiding NSAIDs is to make sure that things are rheanally dosed and if you're not sure what the dosing should be then I would recommend either reaching out to your hopefully friendly neighborhood nephrologist or to your pharmacist.
