The use of simulated patiencs to learn history taking and communication with the use of manikins to learn, for example, cardiac oscultation. There isn't very good evidence at all that those methods are any better than the traditional method,. which was taking a lerners to the bedside or to he side of the patientatitude. But just practically, that has become a more difficult for us to do.
