"I don't know who told you that your desire for empathy or intimacy was like vampiricism, right? I think it just makes you a person who likes intimacy, emotional, physical, all of those," she says. "It's not your job to decide whether or not this is the relationship for him. That's his job." She suggests regular check-ins with her boyfriend and asking what he needs in order to feel empowered to end their relationship.
