The Rewarding Results Over Process

A big part of how i've changed my life and the last few years wal just to care much more about sort of what i'm doing day to day. I think that my favourite thing on this list hat you have is your rewarding results over process. And it still comes up to this day, like we we botched a a a deployment was botched in the last couple of months. And i looked at the process and i'm like, this was my fault. It doesn't scale very well.
