I Agree With Locusa. Is There a Statutory Responsibility?
I agree, though, i feel section two 11 of ipic is valid for a mali prosecutions. But further legislation for compensation would be a welcome step. Given that fundamental rights are infringed in such false cases, do you think that the state should have some le or statutary responsibility? Yes, yes, they should. And er, well, one of the consequences of not adhering to that responsibility is compensation, right? Odd. Maybe an errant officer can be proceeded against departmentand dismissed from service.
