The Importance of Symbolic Expressions in Mathematica

Last 35 years and sometimes they guess what functions might exist. Sometimes they don't know the name of a function that perhaps is newer than their training set. They end up guessing the name ofa function and they usually guess correctly, which I think is a tribute both to the LLM and to the consistency with which we've been able to name all these functions. So kind of the functions should be obvious to humans and it turns out we've kind of got a test of how obvious they are because they also seem to be obvious to the LLMs.
