If they had contacted him and said, hey, you took these files. It seems to kind of beggar belief that the former president would be like, well, i don't want you to have it,. but i'm not allowed to have it, so im just going to burn it all. Doesn't seem plausible to me? No, not at all. In fact, there it's now coming out that he had already comply with prior capinas. He had already complied with private request. And definitely the case is, if this information is stuff that he wants exclusive possession of, that's no risk of it being destroyed. Point out, no, no need for an extraordinary search warrant
