The Double Standard in the Administration's Enforcement of the Law
GOP Sen. Jim Merrick Garland says that he doesn't want to change his previous testimony because until this hearing he didn't know how those marshals were instructed to carry out their assignment. But whoever gave them that instruction was not following the law, writes CNN's John Defterios. "It just adds even more ammunition to the belief among many of us on the right that there is a double standard when it comes to this administration enforcing the law"
