The Ideal Process for UX Writers and UX People

In a perfect world, how do you think the process should be like for UX writer and UX people in general? For me, the ideal process is really you start with a desired outcome. If companies could get to a point where if you ask anyone in an organization, what is your main desired outcome - I think almost every company would be successful. The key is to understand those core problems. Align them to your company's goals and then build solutions once you figure that out.
