We are witnessing right now something that I've never seen in my lifetime on the left, which is you have anti-war sentiment politically. And every time it's come up for a vote, they voted to fund hundreds of billions of dollars for this proxy war in Ukraine. With the exception of Noam Chomsky, who's been the critic of the war, most of the prominent critics are mainstream figures like John Miershimer and Jeffrey Sachs. There was a perfectly reasonable way to end the to prevent the conflict with an absolutely satisfactory outcome. All NATO had to say was we're not going to admit Ukraine. So there was a simple solution.
