The Importance of Respecting Your Existing User Base

I think it's so fundamental to understand and be aware of and respectful of your existing user base who are presumably the, they're the bread and butter of your app. And if you do treat them well that they are, there's hopefully enough of them that have enough goodwill that they'll support you. But also make sure that you're not catering to them too much at the expense of your future potential for growth with new customerswho don't have that context. I didn't try very hard to not take anything that is currently free and or you could have had access before and put it behind a paywall. Instead, I'm going to do the work to build new and more compelling features
