How to Make a Niche Site in a Different Niche

I'm trying to think about ways that you can do this without getting disrupted by AI. So, like, if you go on and I look at some of the keywords that I want to target that have high search volume in Google, there's no YouTube videos that have that specific keyword as a title. And, like, it's not optimized for that keyword. So, I'm wondering if I can essentially create niche sites on YouTube and use SEO and kind of keyword targeting specifically to do this. It would be a different site. Not so foresight, like, of mine total, but at the same time. Yeah.
