Working Chemistry

Interviewing is a genuinely two way process. You can like what a company does from the outside, but that may or may not mean you fit in with the team. I like to talk sometimes about working chemistry. Is this really aneffable thing? And it's hard to guess from interviews for sure,. But I like to measure working chemistry by when you sit down and collaborate on a thing together. What comes out? Does magic happen? Did something amazing happen?
