I think in some ways, within our industry in rural Australia, we are very archaic in some of our views, especially regarding women. But things are changing depending on who you speak to and the demographic and the age gap. I'd like to think that my daughter, Evish, is too, that things will be very, very different in 20 years' time. It's a long way away. And talking about it is how we change things as well,. because, you know, previous generations, again, put up and shut up with a lot of stuff. One thing our generation and our modern era is doing well is communicating and being vulnerable and talking about the hard stuff.
