How to Write Tests for Yourself
When I validate my work, I like to write tests first and kind of separating that as a team activity from a personal activity. It's also important to see if you can find someone in the workplace to back you up. So it's not a lonely quest and you're not the only person responsible for it to succeed or not. The fearless change book gives you some patterns to bring people on boards.
