I'm Changing Paradigms as an Engineer

I think one skill, which in my opinion is even more important than writing good code is being able to read and navigate code. I still think that coding is like something you probably should do in the context of an interview because at the end of the day, I don't see a better tool to figure out. But yeah, it kind of evolves here as an engineer for sure. It doesn't necessarily have to be live coding because some people might just be, might not be good in the life context, right? They're not very good at like somebody, but they don't know looking over their shoulder.
