How Far Out Do Your Appraisers Go When They're Looking for Comps?

How far out do your appraisers go when they're looking for comps? Like you said, a lot of your properties are in a more rural setting. Is it like five miles? How far out do you see them? For this one, at least when I've gone on and looked, it's going to be at least 10 to 15 miles that they're going to have to go out for anything that's sold at least in the last six months to find a comparable four. That's the thing that varies by the market.
