And I would just love for you to jump into that a little bit more and kind of the impacts of social disconnection as well. So mitochondria were bacteria that were engulfed by single cell organisms that became multicellular. They likely were able to evolve from single to multicellular from literally being able to harness energy from the environment effectively. When they fuse together, they actually will resonate with one another through mitochondrial biogenesis.
