I found this totally astonishing. I think you realize the amount of pressure that's being applied by Perez and the singers on the material itself. There's no manual that says this is how you're supposed to do things in 1360 or whatever. And what I think myself Perez does is he makes quite unusual ones, at least for our time today. It sounds like that there was a lot of room for determining the outcome of the piece which isn't present within the original material.
