The Differences Between Residential and Commercial Mortgages

Our average is quite high and that means that one, we do a lot of more higher income clients, but B, we also do quite big portfolio investors and a lot at the top end as well. You know, so we are very experienced in the bigger loans and the bigger property investors and all the way through to your first home buyers for example. So, on the residential space, we don't, we really focus on the property decisions people are making around their life and sometimes it goes into the commercial field and that's a whole other ball game.
