Do Drop Sets for Everything in the Whole Workout?

Each of those drop sets are also going to come with more fatigue than a straight set where you have a long rest right yeah. So instead of doing your say 12 total sets that you were gonna do in the workout in a normal workout span you just condense those into the short period there well that's not gonna end up leaving you with the same degree of stimulus by the time that you get to those tail end of those says 9 10 12 11 12 sets. There's gonna be there's more fatigue accumulated with those drop sets mile reps whateverYeah so you have to allow the nervous system to recover between sets we going back to fact is if there's nervous system fatigue president significant nervous system fatigue
