The Importance of Data in UX

Stephanie talks about the bubble we are all in when we're working with UX. People not having smartphones is a long step further than Apple and Android phones. It makes you think that in our projects we should be thinking more about these limitations. What can we do without an app to solve this problem? We have to really rethink the way we work yeah.
