The wine lexican, which gives a lot of descriptors, ideas of what the student might put for aroma and flavor characteristics. We've now split that into three different groups,. A primary group for the flavor aromas and flavors coming from the grape. Another group for the aromas and flavours coming from a post fermentation wine making. And a tertiary group coming from a aromas and Flavours coming from the a maturation.
