The version key and value are gone. There is no reason to put em in. As long as you use and doctor compose command line, whether t the python or the go lang version. They both now support version less composed specification. Doctor compose the command line does not do anything with swarm. It doesn't talk to swarm, doesn't deploy to swarm.
