The housing market has gone absolutely bananas, stirring the pandemic. And that's now started to translate into the rental market becoming like much tighter also. I don't know if you remember, but there was just like this really brief moment in like, the beginning of the pandemic where rents kind of went down,. And that is over. The reason they've gotten better is that there's just been like a bunch of new money that has come in from the federal government to the states to address all kinds of things. i think everybody's really anxious to see where the numbers are right now.
