Design Complications in Starcraft 2

Subnatic is like, if you want to build this new thing, i have to go to a new area of the map and explore it. But for me personally, like, i kind of stop doing that sometimes because, oh god, this seems like a really big ask right now. A developer can't control my mood on an individual gaming afternoon. I don't know if a game can be over designed, but it can have design complications that can spoil the tent.
