Lenard Chairman Stuart Miller says, as interest rates went up and affordability was tested, we need to keep manufacturing homes because the country clearly needs homes. So he's looking for an attaboy on the back because he's absorbing it in the margin. And listen, I do believe home builders or landowners are going to have to take the hit on the margin as we need to accumulate more inventory.
