The City of Seattle Voted to Create a New Public Development Authority
Seattle voted to create a new public development authority in February. The 13 members of the board, the governing board basically that will oversee this PDA are in place now and they're going to start meeting next month. It's supposed to pay for itself with rent, et cetera. People who could afford more rent would be subsidizing people that afford less rent,. right? Brian, do you have an update?
