How to Change Your Life Naturally

One of the exercises is you have people write a letter to themselves of today from themselves 10 years in the future. You don't go back through and then are intentionally changing things. But what I do ask you to do is to read it, to read it to yourself for the first little bit,. Then maybe you go to once a month and every few months. And then a year from when you write it, go back and read it again. It's an exercise that I've found incredibly powerful.
