Do You Know What You Need to Know About Financial Due Diligence?
Part of due diligence comes from understanding the industry that you're buying it. You need to learn that business as much as you can so that you know what is important in the due diligence process. So if they're reporting sales of a million dollars a year, well, ask for all their bank statements and add up the deposits. That's clearly a bunch of transactions being lumped into the account in one day.
