Within 12 months that we launched it, there was like probably 15 companies that came into the space. We shifted away to management when we started seeing what people were signing or type of leases people were signing. The biggest issue is how to make different tools work seamlessly together as a single system. It's a problem. How do you make your breezeway or turn all work well with your automated lock systems and your PMS and your pricing?
