Plants express almost all known neuro transmitters, confirms the extension of to threpticon well beyond the activities aristotle and his followers allotted to them. A nineteenth century english naturalist, charles darwin, on the other hand, had the root brain hypothesis that held that the root apex of a plant was both sensitive and capable of navigating soil in search of resources.
