Stafford Beer and the Management Challenge
Stafford beer managed to ride on that expansion of British capital in Chile. They established a poet and kind of an office with a lot of some people kind of being there's permanently and some coming and going. Stafford beer brought a lot of operational research methods to Chile in the early 60s they were already professors of operational research in Chile at the time. The floor is the key bridge between beer and Chile knew of him and that's how his ideas penetrated Chile.
