Are You Affirmative Action?

The idea that, a lot of times, the inteternalized bias that people don't realize. We had to ear mark if somebody was from iowa because they wanted o all 50 states representit. And so there was also, you know, af real understanding of their academic ability to survive. That's just cruel to everyone involved. It's hard to argue for rectifying a problem if people don't see the problem that needs to be rectified. I think gain that's where e idea of raceism as a cultural disorder is helpful,. Because it's not just institutional. But it's also relational, right? It's also just the imagination, the stories that we tell.
