There's guidance that says the Department of Defense should be open sourcing everything it can. How do you propose the department starts to move in that direction? Me personally, there was one project I've done in my career. We actually open source licensed the capability we were trying to build. It ended up being fine but like we said earlier, that was just done in a small pocket.
