The task demand in modern society is growing faster than our cognitive complexity to meet that. The way we approach something creates this first move that escalates complexity, and all we do is keep doing more of that until the net outcome is antithetical to what we were trying to do. It's also part of it's mental structure, but then, you know, the mental structure, cetera et cetera. And so everywhere you look, this is how we reason ourselves into action. It inherently escalates complexity.
