i see that mistake made a lot when people try to prodectize but, like, they don't knw what they're anchering. And so i typically find the people that nail it and grow consale it started off doing the work. Often the thing that they end up with was woven somewhere in this larger product suite or offering. Most of our clients that we love working with are coming from us doing this combination of things,. How do i just do more of that and kill the stuff that i don't like? I think one mistake is if you're just jumping into it because it seems like a business opportunity. Di doesn't know many people that have done it that way
