I would highly recommend doing some of those mental exercises we discussed and being conscious of the person that you want to be. I think it's so valuable to do in this decade. It's going to benefit your life exponentially, incredibly. You're going to attract better people, better romantic partners, better opportunities and you're just going to be happier.
