Is There a Sequentialized Thread of Experience?
An essential feature of consciousness is at least this perception that there's a definite, kind of sequentialized thread of experience. If it wasn't for that, we would view things like space and time in very different ways. We tend to think about things in seat of a sequential fashion like that. That has consequences if you want the computer to be doing all sorts of different things,. all all roughly at the same time and parallel. And i think we're kind of seeing why. It's something that is incompatible with our corps features of consciousness so to speak.
