Radiation Oncology - Is the Brain the Only Site of Disease?

It's certainly an unfortunate situation when you do see someone develop new sites of disease on one of these targeted therapies. One thing that's very important to understand is is this the only site where we're seeing new disease or is there a more widespread progression of this patient's illness? Like are other lesions that we have been tracking growing on therapy? If it's new lesions or progression confined to the CNS, we might want to think about sending them to radiation oncology because as we talked about in prior episodes, we have really good potential to treat a few lesions in the brain with very targeted radiation. It's basically like SBRT, but for the CNS. So I would definitely want
