"I've been clinically diagnosed with depression for nearly 20 fucking years. So yeah, it's a daily struggle for me," he says. "The best thing that you can do to feel like that you are regaining control of your life is to take control of your health." 'Everybody can do what they need to do at today,' the author adds. "'You don't care if you're in a wheelchair' doesn't mean you have to give up on yourself and get better every single day,'" his latest podcast episode features an all-inclusive healthy eating plan.
