Building a Team Around You

Shavon: One of the things that Shavon mentioned was is one of your super power and something that she's sort of continues to learn from you. And I think this is honestly as a personal challenge being the hardest. Do you want to share, you know, if anyone that's listening that's kind of going through that process at the moment in terms of against systems or processes or how you approach that when you bring new team and design? Chirvong: The best advice I can give in those situations is sort of be the bar for quality or be set what you're willing to tolerate or set what you expect of this of the role of the company.
