Kepler Space Telescope - What's the Name of a Planet?

Of the 5,211 exoplanets that we've been able to identify, total over half were discovered by the Kepler Space Telescope. The naming system is designed to be future-proof because these planets are really hard to see. But it does become a bit convoluted when you get other telescopes involved and also different naming standards. Some have extra numbers and letters in there that all means something for that code.
