There were 8 to 10 million members in the Ku Klux Klan in the 1920s. For them, it's called nationalism or Americanism. And when immigrants would come over, they would defile our culture. We cruelly treated them and even lynched them for being proud to wear their uniforms in public. It has been very hard for politicians to stand against lynching.
