A lot of times what happens is as our teams grow, we can put some people in place around that so that you're not necessarily in those interactions as much. So with that said, we have to remember to just, take the emotion out of it. Like you can feel emotional for a minute, but realize that it's not you and move through the failures faster. The more success you have, the more that you can leverage your success. This creates a self-fulfilling prophecy of success. It's just a cycle, you guys, and it's a numbers game. So fail faster.
